About Us

President, Dennis K. McCarty, is a native to Sullivan County and started a pallet mill in 1967 after he purchased the property from his father and uncle. In 1980 we incorporated and started manufacturing log home logs and siding. We bought a tub grinder in 2000 and added playground material to our product list. We are a family owned and operated corporation and presently employ 23 people. Sawlog owns its own trucks for fast delivery. Sawlog is located off Rte 87 near Forksville, PA.

DIRECTIONS:

From Dushore, PA take Rte 87 south 10 miles to Millview, turn right onto Millview Mt. Road (SR 4011), at the top of the hill take McCarty-Driscoll road to the left. We are 1/4 mile on the right.

From Montoursville, PA take Rte 87 North 40 miles to Millview. Turn left onto Millview Mt. Road (SR 4011) at the top of the hill, take McCarty-Driscoll road to the left. We are 1/4 mile on the right.

From Canton, PA take Rte 154 to Estella, turn left on SR 4009, go approx. 2 miles, take right onto McCarty-Driscoll road, we are 1/2 mile on the left.

Sawlog hours are Monday-Friday 7-4:30 p.m. Call for a weekend appointment.
